This is in the insert... "OK here's the deal with this shit... our side of this frisbee was written and recorded shortly after our first 7". Aaron sat in on vocals during his transition period between Ulcer and Paindriver. Sean Thug was also kind enough to contribute his vocal abilities to this project. The art work on the reverse of this poster was done by friend J. Broderick (write us for his address). Jay Randall, new full time member and vocalist helped put alot of finishing touch's to this recording just prior to pressing. Listen for him on all A.NB. releases from this record on. - Scott Nosebleed"
